Local government decides what can be built on every piece of land in the country, and it writes all of it down: codes, maps, agendas, minutes, staff reports and decisions. That record is public, but it is spread across thousands of governments, boards and portals, much of it in scanned files nobody can search.
Navius reads that record and turns it into answers: what is allowed on a site, which boards a project will face, how they have decided before, and what the land can really hold. Developers, land-use attorneys and lenders use it to make the decision before the money moves, rather than learning the answer in review.
Navius is built in Charleston, South Carolina, by Navius LLC, and is built to work the same way for any local government in the United States.
